Velocity 2 RPE

Calculate the velocity of your last rep from your working set. Enter your velocity into the respective input box.

If you want to get an estimated E1RM then also enter the weight lifted. At this point in time the E1RM calculation does not take factor in additional reps and as such will be calculated as though it was your only rep of the set.

RTS to BB

  • Go to calendar
  • Click on a workout
  • Unfold all corresponding sets
  • Copy all of it as shown in the picture, then paste into the input (RTS) box
  • Click convert and enjoy your formatted training !
